There are is a horizontal adjustment and a vertical adjustment on each headlight assembly.
I never seem to be happy with how I aim them. It will seem good where your at and them your driving on the road and your like...wtf kind of aiming is that?
This last time seemed to go pretty good though.
Go to http://www.qualitycareservice.com/default.asp?page=E4
It should be on page 213 of your owner's manual.
Although there is the level for vertical, the horizontal can be more difficult to get right.
Edit to add: Now that I read the instructions myself the horizontal should be damn easy as well.

May be necesssary , may not be. You'll have to check the level (bubble) and set it to as close to center as possible. Remeber, level surface, 1/2 tank of gas is best.

Heres what you gotta do first. When your in the garage or in the driveway, turn on your headlights and either mark or remember where you lights were aimed before you change the bulbs. Then check and see if it has changed after the install. Even though the 98+ Tours have that level, when I used it to adjust mine, it didn't seem too be accurate. One thing for certain, the Silverstars kick ass, whether its the lows/lows or the highs/lows

I don't wanna be a dick but I put the Silverstars in my low beams last night, and i'm not impressed. They don't look any brighter than the superwhites I had. I guess I was expecting a lot because of this Post with everyone saying "Silverstars are the [censored]". Well what i'm screamin is Silverstars are [censored]. Oh well time to save up for projectors... Anyways did anyone elses fit kinda loose in the headlight fixture?? Could this lead to moisture in headlights?

Well the bulbs are "kinda" hard to put in, but they only go in one way, so they shouldn't be loose. Did you do the mod to the highs (9005's) or did you go with the stock lows (9006's)? I had the PIAA superwhites (lows) and then installed the Silverstars (highs) and noticed a BIG difference, but I did up the wattage by 9 watts doing this, so thats got something to do with it. If you still have the PIAA bulbs install them in your g/f or wifes ride, thats what I did with my old PIAA bulbs and man, what a differnce over OEM

I think I should comment too. I have the SilverStar low-beams in my car, they have ups and downs. In normal dry weather night driving they are an improvement, but when it rains or just after a rain when the road is still wet... they are almost scary. Sometimes it seems like the headlights aren't on at all.
I think this is due to the fact that they have that "close to the sun" wavelength. While that is well and good for HID, these bulbs can't put out that kind of light to perform in non-ideal conditions. The downside to this is they don't cut through inclement weather as well as a stock bulb would that has more of the yellowish hue to it, a wavelength better suited for that environment given its reflective properties.
Sorry to play devil's advocate, but I figured it was worth having opinions on both side of the discussion given my experience with them.

i see fine with my silverstars (lows) in rain, much better than stock. though i guess some yellow fog lights could help.
