Heres what you gotta do first. When your in the garage or in the driveway, turn on your headlights and either mark or remember where you lights were aimed before you change the bulbs. Then check and see if it has changed after the install. Even though the 98+ Tours have that level, when I used it to adjust mine, it didn't seem too be accurate. One thing for certain, the Silverstars kick ass, whether its the lows/lows or the highs/lows
