To make a long story short, I changed the O2 sensor with no avail and found out Ford has a warranty on their exhaust system for 8 yrs/80k miles. Took it in to dealership and had a new Cat installed for free. Good luck! V6 SE Contour with all the goodies, Halo Plugs, Direct Hits, Resonator removed. 1972 Ford Classic Bronco, Heavily Modified
