10lbs heavier each? Who told you that??
So far I have had no problems. I think with soem better pads they would be all the upgrading over the stock setup I need. My rotors were destroyed, so I was pricing upgrades I could afford without going overboard. Made the right choice for me I think. It all depends what you plan on doing with the car though.
FWIW Chris Arslanyan had powertop rotors on his SVt before this and thinks these are better.
