Is the shifter trim ring the same for the 98+ and pre-98? I'm going to a pre-98 console and would then be interested. Thanks.

Sorry, no longer making these. I was basically losing my shirt on them and vocal demand far exceeded physical demand...which I'm sure you know is not that uncommon here on CEG. Sorry for not getting back to you via PM, I don't come on CEG for more than a few minutes and I don't really check my PM's anymore.

That sucks. I don't suppose you have any extra material laying around you could make me just a set of regular black leather, black stitching handbrake and shifter boots? I'm ready to buy, and have money ready... My only other option is to call BillJ and see if I can get them from him... I have a rip in my handbrake boot which looks nasty and my shifter boot is cracking to peices

yeah, I bought one for my pre 98 and it black W/ red stitching, but now I need one for the svt for my short shifter thats comming. will be more than happy to pay

Since I dont need anything special, just stock replacements, I just ordered them from Bill Jenkins, he was able to find a set for me. Thanks anyway
