I had allstate too when I got rear ended in april (twice in the same week)in my TBird. They told me they recomended a few body shops and they gave me a list with 10 shops. I went through them all and visited and talked to the guys working there and made a decision based on that and they did a good job on working on my car although it did take 4weeks (was on rental car too). I dont know about other people but I dont like driving a car that has been in an accident. You never know if its been comprimised or if the grease monkeys are that good. since i dont have a mech. background or any knowledge whatsoever I rely on them to do it. Ah...rambling...point is take it back to them and tell them to fix what is wrong and if you can get another CSVT because a car is never the same after an accident
