The Eagle F1 I think came on the 98 SVT's and people seemed to like them. I know one person personally with those tires (17, though) on his SVT and he didn't expect much mileage out of them, 15k or so. He got twice that on the KDWs.
IMO, you really can't go wrong with the S-03. I have yet to hear anyone copmplain about them in any way but price. But if you want to be different, the F1 looks cool and will handle very well in rain and dry.
