Ford uses a 12 month 12000 mile warranty on replaced parts. Unless you are still under factory warranty. If you are out of warranty, the 12/12000 applies from the date the part is installed. If its close then you can talk your way into a warranty repair.
By the way, Kaiser is right. The the only thing that can go wrong with the TB is the shaft bushing or bearings. Maybe its something else. if you have a lot of "play" in the throttle blade then it may be bad, otherwise probably not.
