Well you have to know this, you can always ban an IP range. A particular modem has it's own UART address encoded on the modem itself . So whoever does the moderating should do this: ban 'IP range' for 'modem UART #' just some helpful hints. but you can't do that by just clicking the ban this guy button. Ha long lost puppy , could be, more of bored cause the weather outside is frightful
