Hey guys. Need some help with my car. The air bag sensor keeps flashing in a pattern of three-pause-two-long pause and then repeats. The dealer wants 70 bucks to do a diagnostic and I was wondering if anyone has the diagnostic codes to help me out. Thanks!

Believe "32" code means there is an open on the drivers side air bag circuit. Most likely that's a "clock spring" under the air bag. Remove the Two Torx screws holding the air bag in place and unsnap the clock spring. Using and ohm meter, check out the "spring". Do not use the meter on an air bag, it can deploy with very little voltage.

Seat belt tensioner under driver seat, pull the connections apart and reconnect.

I had that 3-2 code on my car in August. I took it to my local dealer and reminded him of the 5 year warranty mandated by the Feds on the Air Bag system. He replaced the clock spring at no charge.

Be very wary of doing this yourself unless you're well versed in demolition work!
