I had "check engine light" dealer said it was mass flow meter and also that secondary butterly was little sticky....quoted $850 to fix. Blew this off...took out mass flow housing and shot a little contact cleaner though the orifice...put it back in...check engine light went away and engine much more responsive.

Did peek through the throttle butterfly and noticed that the intake manifold has quite a bit of what would appear to be carbon inside. Throttle butterfly warns not to spray any cleaner inside as there is a special coating. Anyone have an idea of cleaner that can be used or should I just leave it alone>
