I am having some creaking issues myself. Seems to be happening to me ever since I put down the folding rear seats for a few hours a couple of weeks ago.
To me it almost sounds like the leather surfaces are rubbing together where the different seat panels touch. This rubbing creates a creaking sound. Seems like the seats...maybe it is something else....make it stop!
