Could be sway bar bushings. Try greasing them up with some marine grease and see what happens.

Has this happened recently as the weather has turned colder? My 99 SVT has the same issue, but has only started doing it in the past week or 2 with temps in the 20's.

yeah, i was actually thinking today that it only seems to be noticeable in the early morning or at night when its been sitting cold for a long time...and i dont think i started noticing it at all until it started getting colder.

strange...what's the fix?

Try pushing up & down on each corner first thing in the morning (or when it's doing it) to see if you can hear it or narrow it down to one area-you may have to regrease the stabilizer bar bushings-they usually make a rubber to metal squakking sound.

Check your right rear e-brake mount. I found my squeak when I pushed down on the right rear of the car: the rubber finned bushing sqeaked like hell. I little grease later and it's been silent for 6 months.

YOU TOO?
I have spent hours looking for this bastard and nothing!Sounds like a metal on metal rub....it shows up best with a full slow suspension travel, like going over a dip in the road. Not a bump.I moved my front brake lines around and it seemed to go away, but it came right back.Maybe I need to move them again and see.......

Today was particularly cold, and mine was doing the same thing! At first, i thought I got something caught up under the car, so I pulled over and after lying on the ground looking like an idiot, I found nothing and took off..but the squeak was still there. When I got home, I couldn't recreate it by pushing down on the car, or grabbing inside the fenderwell and pulling up and down..but I opened the rear door (passenger side) and stood on the sill and started bouncing up and down and sure enough...squeak...squeak. Only seems to happen when cornering, or hitting pretty big bumps. What's the solution to this? New busings? I suppose I can wait until I lower the car to do it, would be the perfect time right?
