I'm in the process of replacing the timing belt & tensioner on a 96 2.0 4-cyl contour. I'm being accompanied by a not so trusty Haynes Manual...it doesn't really explain the proces of finding TDC on the 4 cyl engine. Does anyone know the procedure for finding TDC for cyls 1 & 4?

There should be some alignment marks on the crank pulley.

I need to figure this out myself because one of these days I have to verify accurately whether my cam timing is off.
