I think it might have gone in a little funny and I might have applied a little too much torque....just a little...aparently too much. Maybe these bolts were designed to bust to prevent destroying the threads in the lower because it didn't take much.
The car runs fine...it just bugs me that that bolt is busted. A little is sticking out but I would have to remove the upper to get a good enough grip on it to even think about it. It is supposed to rain for days now and I have no garage so..it will have to stay like this for a while.

10 bucks for a bolt...sheesh..thats what happens when you buy oe parts i guess.
