I was thinking of going to the junk yard a cutting the fake ram-air scoops off of a camero and making them real then putting them on my tour. there would be some molding of course and I think just have to try something else. like maybe the scoops off a firebird SS. any body wanna photochop this and tell me what they think

You joke, but Carrol Shelby did just that. Supercharged and preheated air to around 450 deg (IIRC). You are corrrect in that the engine needs to heat up the air. The real difficulty is preventing preignition and the lower density of warm arm. The Turbo handled that the density part, and I believe Shelby used direct injection to overcome the preignition problem....

I did somthing like that. I used vents from a Mopar Turbo hood.It came out nice. Except for the paint which I suck at.

i was almost sure it was spelled camaro, but keep seeing people spell it camero, so i thought i was wrong... glad i'm not wrong.
