Chek out 2:10 seconds into the vid and look at your surroundings then watch the end where they say he breaks down. The kid actually got away.
This all happened 15 miles away from my house. 
Good job sam I was waiting to see who would say something about the removed time stamp and also shows the repeat footage when he was breaking hard to do the u-turn across the median.
