looked like the cop tried to ram the kid before loosing control (the cruiser crossed the center line), but who are you going to beleive the criminal or the cop. losing the chase to a 15 yr is one thing, but blaming the kid for trying to ram the cop isn't cool. i guess its pretty bad when a 15 year old outdrives the pro's. i'm not supporting the kid but the cop doesn't have to lie "made a movement with his shoulders as if he was going to swerve into me".

The kid ain't 'cool' by any means. Some blame cops for chasing and causing kids to speed, well WTF were you thinking stealing a car or stuff?
If cops just let people get off scot free, we have anarchy. ANd I am sure the one who think stealing is 'cool' would want blood if THEY were the victims!
Best to use radio or choppers to catch them, though.
Good point Brad. Didn't hear the intro audio where it was stolen. I never once said the kid was cool. I just stated that he out smarted the cop somewhat. It seems like the cop was trying to cover himself stating he shoulder jerked and that's why he lost control. Who would be looking at the car that much. I'd be watching the movements of the car myself. He was yelling at the kid so maybe he shoulder jerked then. I think the kid should get some serious juvie time but you've gotta say he did a decent job of out running them. Would have gotten away most likely if the car wouldn't have broke.

Sorry guys but the M3 did not break down. Watch the video closely and watch the background. Look at your surroundings and tell me again that he broke down. All they did was slow a earlier footage down to make it look as if he broke down. Why would cops show you a video of someone outrunning the cops? Exactly, they wouldn't. Chek out 2:10 seconds into the vid and look at your surroundings then watch the end where they say he breaks down. The kid actually got away.
This all happened 15 miles away from my house.

I am not getting any audio... In reply to:
"Numerous lane change violations..."
Oh' no! Least he warned him and said "Give Up!" before he tried to ram the M3 and got his ass handed to him. What happened? I just saw the M3 slow down and that was it???
