1a. Aftermarket Y is decent - Modified stock is better, & true duals is best
1b. Heck yeah!

2a. Yes you will definitely have a lot of porting to do (well worth it!)
2b. I strongly disagree. I'm sure others will as well like Tom, David, SHOshop, the list goes on. 3L valves are the biggest upgrade you can make vs the abysmally small 2.5 valves (the 26mm exhaust valve is pitiful! ) If you don't do this mod to a 3L your are shooting yourself in the foot! Repeatedly!!!
