just got mine put on 2 weeks ago and if you are driving a stock 99 se you will love them. I didn't take measurements, but it lowered the car dramatically. I also put on some 16"svt rims at the same time so that helped appearenace too. I need to get the car aligned though as it randomly pulls left and right pretty hard sometimes. IT hasn't been a priority because I moved to NYC so I have only driven the car sparingly and I haven't found a place down there to do the alignment. For those of you who worry about the struts wearing out I say for 150 bucks, buy 2 sets now while you can. That is still as cheap 1 set of OEM struts. IF you end up not needing them, you can always sell them off to someone pretty easy in the classifieds
