Some of you guys really make me laugh. Noone ever said there was anything wrong with snow tires, but the exagerated insults being put on the KDW's is what I'm "frowning" about. The thing that's wrong with snow tires is that that it's an extra $250 expense for the average person. Also, the guy who started this post didn't seem like it was a permanent move to W. New York. Do I recommend using the KDW's in Canadian winters or for continual snow use. No. Neither does Cartman, probably. But for weekend trips to snow (central New York), a light (01-02), or even a heavy (00-01) tri-state type winter, the KDW's worked out just fine for me. There are no stories of bravado or courage or even voting for Hillary. Just driving to the conditions. Also, I would think the average person driving a Contour drives on paved roads, which are usually plowed. This helps also...
