KDW in the snow is very dumb. The tread compound on summer tires is not meant to be very pliable at freezing temperatures. That combined with the typically sipe-less tread designs makes for extremely risky business trying to negotiate slippery/frozen/snow covered roads.
Don't do it.
I once got caught in some snow in the SVT with the KDW tires on. Stopping was the slipperiest part, and the car was tossable and catchable, but its traction limits were astoundingly low (compared to having the Pilot Alpins on).
