There is one option to try.
Look under the dash passenger side. Look towards the center somewhere behind in the area of where the radio would sit, you neck should hurt doing this.
There is a white box with a wire harness connected to it.
This is the control motor the moves the blend door that mixes hot and cold air.
There is a square knoby thing sticking out. This is the motor drive shaft to the door. Put your fingur on it.
With the ignition on move the tempurature control dial from hot to cold and back again (slowly). You should feel this knob thing turning. If it is not turning then your the blend door is stuck in one position.
