Stolontour - The plastic is pretty thin, but its actually still pretty strong. I accidentally cracked it along the edge, but filled it in with some clear window adheasive and it turned out fine. The result, to me, is what I'd call a 5 footer. It definately looks cool from about 5 feet away. But when you take a close look at it, it looks kinda rough. Itsj ust becuase of the little pits that went too far passed the reflector while dremeling. Oh well, I am going to do what you said, buy a set from a junkyard or something, then spend some more time one it to make it look nice.
