That would definitely be some serious over the top rice.

Tachy tach, pillar mount fire extinguisher, neons, come on folks shall I go on...

He even gladly admits it is rice. It's also his car, so he is free to do as he pleases. It's just definitely not to my tastes or liking, but it's rice none the less.
