We know the pickup is on the right side of the pan.
In a long right hand sweeper, that "Buffer" is zero, if we guess all the oil shoots over to the left side.
It should run fine on a dyno, as long as there is some oil in the pane to keep the recirculation going.
Joe your kidding right? You really dont believe that a 1/2 pint of oil in the sump of an engine on a dyno runing at 5000 RPM is sufficent do you? A 1/2 pint of oil would NOT even begin to cover the pickup so you would have damn close to 0 oil pressure even on the dyno. No I'm sorry but I'm not buying any of this! Any person that has enough mechanical knowledge to build engines knows this is a STEAMING load of BULL****! So I'm still waiving the BULL**** flag on this one.
