sorry for yet another double-post , but I feel it's important , in case someone doesn't check both local forums ... This question was posted over in CAP forums : Originally posted by buchsvt: Can someone clarify what the confirmation information is? All I got back from them was another registration form and a brochure about what's happening that weekend.
My event confirmation came in an envelope , although I got more info along with it too . The confirmation postcard-thingy is a tan color , and is 8.5" x 4" (at least mine is) . It says event confirmation right at the top on the front along with you customer ID & junk . On the back is some more info . You need this form to present to the people at the registration building to get your pass to enter the fairgrounds !
If anyone HAS NOT recieved a confirmation card (within a reasonable time-frame) CALL CARLISLE PRODUCTIONS to make sure you're registered . ESPECIALLY anyone who did the first round "club pre-registration" and didn't recieve a confirmation . You guys should definately have yours ! Mine came in 2 days , but that was back in February . I'd say give 'em a few weeks to get you processed (2-3 wks?) .
The phone number for Carlisle Productions is : 717.243.7855

Well , I got a response from Carlisle . It stated simply ... "You're now at 25 !"
I'm waiting for the response as to weather I need to send the form back or if it can just be typed in . We should have our free tent this year !!

WOOOHOOOO!
Allen, I will be bringing a big cooler with ice and bottled water and some sodas for "everyone" (as long as I am reimbursed - $.50 soda/$1 water).
Maybe you should arrange/have someone else do the same?
Just a thought.
