I have had to remove tint several times and the best and most efficient thing to use is any sort of thinner, mineral spirits, etc.(I use laqcuer thinner). BE VERY, VERY CAREFUL!!!!! Best thing to do is cover dash, trim etc. with an old towel, then put some thinner in a spray bottle(use the mist not a stream). Spray some in the middle of the window and stay 4-6 inches away from any trim with the spray, then simply wipe it up with a paper towel. This works very well but is still messy, but there's no getting around that. Hope it goes well. Just remember to not get any thinner on any trim! It can take the color out of anything.
