I like to put a dab of anti-seeze on the wheel where the wheel contacts the rotor/drum and where the lug nut contacts the wheel. But DO NOT put any kind of lubricant on the threads the torque given is for dry threads, and in some instances lubing can increase fastener preload as much as 100% higher than a dry torque would at the same torque value and can lead to fastener failure.
