thanks for all the ideas guys(gals)...it has been raining a lot here, so i haven't had time to mess around with it. i figured i would try to clean the actual rubber part first...then go to the actual arms next. you don't know how frustrating it is when you're driving in the rain and it's scratching your windshield at the same time...i'll keep everyone posted on what my results are...
