Last night I crawled under my 2002 Maxima se to see the stock exhaust and boy does the pipe narrow at points. In one place it actually is reduced at least 50%. Using a friends gtech last night I recorded 0-60 5.6 sec and 1/4 mile 14.3 with the stock maxima . On the 99 contour se sport with BAT intake and Custom bent exhaust with glassback and bullet muffler I recorded 0-60 6.5 1/4 mile 15.3. This was using a competion Gtech pro.
