There was no way I would ever hav gotten a good price for the car if I tried to sell it, the whole one side of the car was fixed and other not.
Nobody would have paid market value for it, ever. And, I didn't want to pay anymore the loan either.
I asked a lawyer if I could try to get car totaled or for any retribution claim and he said it would be a long shot, maybe years if I see any $$.
I unloaded it and will move on to maybe a mazda 6 or a 2004 Malibu, no not the icky one that's out now, but all new one coming!
