I will help where I can, I cannot attend a meeting though. My server will also support virtually anything...so pretty much anything is possible.

I like it. I can design a logo for our club.

What u think of these rules:

· All posts must be civil, friendly, and not contain any profanity or references to profanity.
· All posts must have some point to them and some value.
· This is not a bar. You can't say whatever you like.
· Stupid, pointless topics will be moved to the "Smokin' Lounge".
· Moderators have a free reign here. If they don't like it, it's toast.
· Repeat offenders will be banned.
· This is a family forum - like it or not.
. Do not post "questionable" pics in any forum. And, if you post links, put warnings on them. If the Moderators do not like the links, they will be summarily deleted without warning or explination.

More from them:

"It is not an easy task to define where "the line" that shouldn't be crossed lies. However we'll do our best to provide an example. Consider the following types of discussions and topics:

1. Engine repair questions and answers
2. Tips on upgrading a Crown Victoria for better performance
3. Relative value of Turbocharging vs. supercharging
4. Technical talk
5. Tools and Supplies

6. Posts about pets, music, beverages, software, where cars aren't the primary subject.
7. Topics which, when opened, contain nothing after the sentence "Ha ha, made you look."
8. Posts criticizing moderators.
9. Highly divisive, controversial issues such as religion, gun control, politics, etc. There are more appropriate forums for this.

10. Discussions about human or other mammalian anatomy and bodily functions.
11. Posts with the sole goal of inciting flame wars, such as "Don't you think owners of CVs are jerks?"
12. Posts declaring that the mothers of all CV owners are paid to engage in sexual activity.
13. Posts containing explicit (even if thinly veiled) profanity and/or pornography
14. Topics about activities which would result in incarceration. (Police Impersonation)

"From the list above, it would probably be agreed by anyone that items 1 through 6 are totally acceptable. It would also probably agreed by most reasonable people that items 12 through 14 are not. What about items 7 through 11? This is the "gray zone" - the area where different people have different levels of tolerance."

I am very happy there is so much interest in this. Here is the scoop guys:

I want to have a meeting to discuss this on December 1st, a Sunday. We would need to go somewhere less noisy than a Hooters.

I think a coffee shop is an ideal setup for this meeting. Of course we can have some regular activities prior to the meeting itself.

When you come to this meeting, I want you guys to have some ideas written down, and ready to share with the entire group. Anything goes, we need diversity and creativity.

When we are done with this baby, it is going to be awesome. It is about time we get our webpage back, with a true Chicago touch.

Let me know what you guys think.

Tom, your enthusiasm is much appreciated, but do we really need to go back to this?

In reorganizing the CCEG, we will customize it to fit our unique situation, and that being the explosive nature of our personalaties.

Rest assured, that what took place in the past will not be tolerated...

It's all right, no more posting of long 'constitutional amendmants' here.

Dec 1st, I am free, and we can go to the Denny's near Golf and Roselle Rd, or the Starbuck's near Gameworks.
