There are plenty of real experts here but since i ran into a horn disapearing problem a few months ago - this is what happened.
My horn and cruise went out - checked fuses - replaced relay - Gewellington offered info off of his Haynes Wiring diagram - i wisely refused to go there - TH suggested that the ribbon wire in the steering was prone to break or get loose - wiggled my tilt steering a lot
- after a few weeks my cruise came back - finally gave up and took it to the shop - they replaced the horn - LOL.
