I'm new here and all, so this might have been covered before. However, a search didn't come up with anything.
I had the whole deal with the water pump disintegrating etc, resulting in an engine overhead and now its replaced. Fine. Works like a charm again But I noticed that the horn no longer works. I can hear it clicking but I get no sound.

Question:
1) Is the horn setup in any way connected to the engine, and
2) Is this something that is likely to be blamable on the dealer that installed the new engine?
