Sounds like it could be un-metered air (air leak around the Throttle plate).
Question, when you step on the gas (start form a light) do you have to “work” the gas peddle to keep it from stalling?
If you do check the TPS.
Also a careful inspection of all electrical connectors, i.e. sensors, is a good idea. You may have a bad connection to a sensor.
