No they did'nt fail at all. The ABS is a lot different in that car than my last car (chevy).I like it a lot better. The pedal slowly went and stopped at the floor, but the braking never lightened up. I would have drove around if I was'nt able to blow the fire out so easily. This guy on the street was about to call 911. I'm pretty sure the brakes had already been broken in.I put 3500 miles in it in the first three weeks I had it. And I'm pretty sure I broke them in pretty good. I should check on the steering fluid because the car makes a grinding noise when I accelerate while turning. Maybe something wrong with the steering. But anyways the shifter blew(or so I think), any gear is 4th gear so It's on the truck now anyways. I miss it already .
