There is only one tie rod end,that is the balljoint on the end of the rack side arm that attaches to the steering knuckle,the 'true' inner is a balljoint under the bellows of the steering rack and I doubt that is worn!It takes about 20mins to change both sides then alignment time,350 is BS,go to another shop!
