That is the factory original for 96 and newer. It is a single plat with a fine wire center electrode. The ones I took out of my car at 60,000 miles still looked very good. Personally, I still prefer the double plat plug and have been using the Autolite APP764 or the Motorcraft AWSF32PP which is the replacement plug specified for the 1995.
