I just started having problems with my parking brake and I called the local ford parts place and they said that the TSB kit only has new cables. I read in the FAQ on this website that it should have new return springs as well. Is the ford parts guy just full of it? They said the kit (# F6RZ-2A635-8A)goes for 43 bucks...reasonable?
