Since the stock Harmonic balancer is retained, it would still retain the dampening characteristics (Unlike some other pulleys which replace the stock balancer with a solid pulley).

Again, this is your theory. Produce a dyno sheet to back up your claims. Butt Dynos are not considered proof.

Show me some actual dyno data to back up your claims.
