is that the 320 hp version....i remember reading something in car and driver or road & track about a 320hp version.
btw, the upper and lower grills remind me of the skyline.

This time they "truly" redesigned the front end. Note how in the current Impreza and WRX it still has the "older" headlight style in the front fascia, only with the ugly huge round headlights in place of the more subtle older generations'.
Oh what the heck, I still love all Subarus

No Jim, thats the S202 your thinking about. It was in my SCC mag a couple monthes ago. That car is bad ass! How much is the WRX STi going to cost and are they going to make it in a wagon?

IMHO, I like the 2002 with the round headlights better and oh yeah, don't rely on the transmissions, they suck!!!!!

People have speculated on the price, but I do not believe Subaru has issued an official one. I think they are limiting them somewhat, so I imagine it will be like other "hot" cars where people with too much money will pay ridiculous prices for one. Basically, I do not see anyone buying one for what it is truly worth, at least this first year. As far as I know, the standard Imprezza and WRX retain the round headlights if you prefer them more. And no, the transmissions do not suck.

I agree. The headlights on the STI diminish the aggressive look of the rest of the car.
