My '98 E1 SVT does the throttle boogie, and it has since day one. Sometimes it will hang around 35000. Other times it will hang and sloooooowly drop to idle. At times it even climbs from 3500 to 5000rpms. Gulp! My car has been check and checked again. Funny thing is, it never happens at the dealer. It comes and goes, so I don't sweat it much. I've learned to live with it. Now....if someone steals my car......he he he! Watch out!
