Did you just put a different air filter on?
One time when I changed my airfilter I forgot to reset the ECU and put my IAT sensor in and I got the code Bank 1 lean
donno if it helps but just keep in mind

I would just reset the computer by pulling the negative battery cable or pulling fuses 4 and 11 (I beleive?) and see if it comes back again

A weak O2 sensor can cause a CEL code for this. The intake manifold gasket is possible, but I think you would have other symptoms beside just a CEL. If the car idles & runs smooth, an O2 sensor might be going out. Bank 1 is next to the firewall. Harder to reach, but do-able in an hour or so.

I think if an O2 sensor is going out you would have a slightly inconsistant idle. That's what happened when mine went out.
