I too was surprised how much better it looked without the pinstripes, and mine were subtle (dark grey on silver). Let's give a moment of silence for those poor souls whose pinstripes are painted on.
It is interesting how I will remove pinstripes and body side mouldings to make the car look better, but not take care of the paintjob whatsoever. Oh' well!
