I called Bill Jenkins...he told me about this recall......which I've never heard about. I now have 142k on my car. It figures, I've gotten 5 notices in the mail for the cooling fan recall but never one for this recall regarding this wiring harness. I've taken my car to Ford several times and they've never mentioned it. I guess I'll need to make a phone call. Does anyone have any recommendations on how I can go about getting this fixed.
I can hear them now...you are over 100k.....nothing we can do. My answer....the recall has been out since 99? Why no notice? Their answer...tough!
Any help......especially from you inside Ford guys...RaRa...would be greatly appreciated.
