A good ground could only help if you presently have a bad ground. Contours are pretty well grounded. If you haven't removed any grounds, you should be in good shape.
I still can't grasp how more grounding can up your HP. A bad ground night give you a miss and reduce horsepower, but if a car is already properly grounded, I can't picture how even more grounds can increase HP. Since my education is only in mechanical engineering, maybe an electrical engineer can explain this.
