Anyone have any experience with the Hyper Ground System ground wire kits. There was a write up in one of the ricer mags claiming up to 5 hp at the wheels. Looks interesting and makes sense.

A good ground could only help if you presently have a bad ground.
Contours are pretty well grounded. If you haven't removed any grounds, you should be in good shape.

I still can't grasp how more grounding can up your HP. A bad ground night give you a miss and reduce horsepower, but if a car is already properly grounded, I can't picture how even more grounds can increase HP. Since my education is only in mechanical engineering, maybe an electrical engineer can explain this.

Well, since I can easily explain/ The quality and size of the ground wire makes a difference in HP, but not 5HP at the wheels. That is more like 2HP at the wheels without a system. The type of metal is important to how conductive the cable is. I am not sure exactly what metal is "the best", but I am sure that what we have on our tours is not the best grade to be had out there. All hyperground is doing is selling you high quality cable kits at probobly a pretty steep price. Further studies might help you find the metal that is most highly conductive in DC voltage applications. As for me, I will know soon enough.
