The TH fix has been installed for about 2 months. I have noticed on startups (it's freezing @ night in Utah) that the enigne rpm's fluctuate before stabilizing but the car doesn't die. The stabilizing rpm varies from 750 to 1,250.
By the alignment of the plug I not sure what you mean. The plug is as far down as I dare it to go. There aren't any air leaks around the side as well.
I have taken the TH fix out and the idle rmp's set higher. When I bought this car used, it would idle at 1,700 to 2,000 rpm. After installing the TH fix it now idles at 1,250 to 750 rpm's. The car just idles at whatever it wants.
