no worries, it's not stuck open.
but it's strangely frictional at the top (foot off the pedal)
this started when it got cold and i'd first get in the car. i'd have to rev once to get past the friction so i could get out of my parking place reasonably slowly.
now it comes back when i'm cruising around if i ever take my foot off the gas.
it doesn't seem tight at the trottle body as i can move it with my hand without it sticking. so i lubed up the pedal pivot but it didn't do much.
the cable seems fine.
any ideas?
