if ur talkin about ur emergency brake light in ur dash then try addin a lil brake fluid and see if ur problem stops. if ur talking about your actual brake lights on the back of ur car, there's a little switch above the brake pedal thats prob bad. i had one go on me in my cougar. the lights would flicker on and off and sometimes stay on all the time. hope this helps.
